Hot Cocoa With Dawni

Cutsie name, REAL conversations. I brain stormed for months about what subjects to cover. There are so many things I want to teach kids and teens that it would take a lifetime. It was especially difficult knowing where to begin. I took into consideration every session I've ever had with a young adult. I thought about all of the things my own kids have been through and I read old journals from my own years of growing up. After a while it was clear to me that it had to start with the concept that each of us OWN ourselves. That we are sovereign human beings with free will. That we each own our bodies, our minds, and our CHOICES.

From that vantage point, I address:

Everything else I teach goes back to the concept of self-ownership. Everything.
